Know what to check when something stops working.

Eduiqo’s web app and API work together. A network error generally means the API is unavailable or cannot be reached from the browser.

Web application

If pages do not load or appear unstyled, refresh once and confirm the frontend server and its static assets are available.

Login, search, uploads, and dashboards require the API. Confirm the API health endpoint and database connection are running.

Document access depends on secure storage and time-limited URLs. Retry an expired link by opening the paper again.

Share the affected page, approximate time, and visible error message so support can investigate quickly.
